This one was a sprint. Six weeks to take a rebrand, two separate WordPress sites, 400+ pieces of content, and a blank Webflow canvas — and turn it all into a single, polished platform ready for a major launch. No pressure.
We started with the strategy: a full sitemap and wireframing exercise to identify where the new site could work harder commercially, pruning pages that no longer served a purpose and building out over 50 custom sales pages designed to convert. From there it was all about execution — coordinating with internal designers, external creatives, content writers, and the marketing team to make sure every page was on-brand, on-message, and built to perform.
The content migration alone was a feat: everything from two WordPress sites brought across to Webflow, with analytics, tracking, and SEO handled carefully to protect years of hard-earned traffic. The result is a sleek, scalable site that gives the Publisher Collective team full autonomy to manage and grow it themselves — and a launch they can be proud of.
